We're not a construction company that's been around for 30 years — and we won't pretend to be. We're technology-and-process people who saw that the hardest part of a small home isn't the house; it's the messy 60% around it: eligibility, permitting, utilities, access, and coordination. So we built a rigorous, transparent process for exactly that.
What that means for you: every rule we cite comes from your city's own document, dated. Every cost is a real range, not a vague “it depends.” We coordinate licensed surveyors and engineers and TDLR-certified manufacturers — we don't perform licensed work ourselves, and we say so. Our credibility is our method and our honesty, and we think that beats a sales pitch.
