We coordinate the search and ask your permission before sharing your information or making an introduction. Once builders are signed partners, they'll be listed by name and you confirm each introduction.
How we make money
Plain language, no fine print.
The property check is free. City rules, your parcel's legal max, flood and zoning flags, the 3D view, city guides, rule-change watch — all of it, no charge, no catch.
Builders may pay us — only when you ask for help. After your check, you can choose to request help. If you don't, nothing changes: your information is never shared with anyone, and you can keep using every part of the free tool.
If you do ask, here's exactly what happens: someone from our team contacts you within 1 business day. We look for a suitable local professional in the background — you're never shared with a builder without a separate, specific confirmation from you.
Builders may pay us a referral fee when a project moves forward. That fee comes out of the builder's side, not yours — it's what keeps the property check free, and it never changes your price.
Running a check never creates a shareable lead. Only a separate, deliberate "request help" step does that — and even then, sharing with any builder needs your documented go-ahead.
What we never do: sell your information to anyone you haven't approved, call or text you on behalf of a builder without your say-so, or charge you anything for using the free check.
